Goji information and safety
Routes, schedules, arrival estimates and rental information may be incomplete, delayed or changed by operating conditions. Check operator announcements, on-site instructions and your surroundings.
Pay attention to roads, platforms, signals and your safety while navigating. Do not operate your device when your attention is needed elsewhere. Goji is not an emergency service and does not guarantee that every route meets your individual needs.
Availability
Some features require connectivity, location permission, compatible devices and third-party services. Live Activities, advertising and data requests may be unavailable because of system restrictions or interruptions. Features and data coverage may change.
Appropriate use
Do not access services without authorization, bypass verification, disrupt other users or abuse request capacity. Respect third-party data rights, trademarks and software licences.
Third-party services and licensing
Apple, Google and transit data providers supply their own services or content and may apply their own terms. Goji is not a transport operator. Journey graphics on this website are illustrations.
This page explains service use and does not replace the applicable app licence. If the app is distributed through the App Store without a custom EULA, refer to Apple’s standard licence agreement.
Privacy and changes
See the Privacy policy for data processing. Changes to the service or these terms will be reflected on the relevant pages. These terms do not exclude user rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
